Cape Winelands

18 – 20 October

Let us whisk you away on a unique adventure, offering you an abundance of wine, cheese and river scenery, all in one. This beautiful tiny town in the Cape Winelands is situated along the banks of the Breede River, surrounded by the Langeberg and Riviersonderend Mountains.

Our accommodation (mostly off the grid) is in huts situated on the banks of the Breede River nestled between old trees. Each hut can accommodate two guests (1 double bed and 1 single bed en suite).

On Friday we will enjoy memorable moments cooking over the fire overlooking the river. Saturday we will enjoy breakfast, thereafter we will be picked up at our accommodation for a safari adventure through the Winelands area of Bonnievale, visiting a variety of farms, including a lavender and olive farm. We will also visit wine farms for tasting and you will even have the opportunity to blend, bottle and label your own wine creation. We will stop at Van Loveren for lunch at the Bistro in their beautiful garden. On our way back we will stop for more wine tastings.

We will end the weekend with a 5km Sunday morning hike.
