This weekend adventure in the Overberg is not to be missed. Guests will stay in tented chalets, 2 single beds & 1 double bed. Each tent has its own private bathroom. Each tent has a wooden deck and a hot tub for relaxing. Food will be provided.

The hike is beautiful yet challenging and reasonable fitness is required. The 13km trail follows a route from our accommodation over the Klein River Mountains to Phillipskop Mountain Reserve and back to Tesselaarsdal for lunch at the old Post Office. The fynbos here are particularly beautiful. Over 700 species of plants have been recorded on the reserve. Winter brings the proteas in bloom. There are plenty of birds and animal life. Leopards are also known to roam the mountains.
